The server sends your inquiry, including the submitted contact details and selected language, through Resend to the configured RPAKU inbox. Your validated email address is used as the reply-to address. Resend and the receiving email provider process the information for email delivery and mailbox operations. The website has no inquiry database.

The website checks submissions and uses limited, temporary information to help prevent spam and repeated requests. Application error records identify types of failures without including inquiry messages.
